It really does help a lot with form and keeping your spirits up while working out ! Being about to mark off a set makes you feel like your marking off your todo list !

I spent money buying their premium app forever ago, which they refused to even touch or update forever. Now they put al the work into their free app and update it leaving all those that paid for their premium app high and dry!! Dont spend your money with this app, you will start to use it and they will do the same thing again mark my words. They will stop updating it or supporting it until its useless to use then youll have to find a different app. Just start with a different one in the first place.

If only the actual workout plans were free. Great app otherwise.

I loved this app until the most recent update and new pricing structure for upgrading (which they basically force you into thanks to greatly limiting the functionality and amount of exercises in the free version). I am willing to buy an expensive but useful app by paying a one-time fee (did so for Hours Tracker), but you cant "buy" this app. You can only "rent" it, and I am not willing to pay monthly for this service when so many apps only charge you once. Very sad...

App is overall good but every time i try to enter numbers, the date goes back to Aug 1st. I have to correct my entries every time. Really frustrating...

I bought the 4.99 premium to unlock some exercises. Every time I finishes a session this app just crashes and quit, I am not able to save any progress at all. Would like to get my money back

Its a good app, pay $30 a year and you can only build two workouts, kinda stupid. You can find a lot more workouts on body space for free tho

I had this app before, but dont remember why I deleted it. Reinstalled, and theyre popping up full screen ads, and the ad wont move without assistance. BS! So I closed the app, and when I closed it, it asked for access to my microphone. What the hell for??!!! Deleting app again. Now keeping record of blacklisted apps. I dont care how good your app is; dont attempt invading my privacy!

I bought the premium package and was charged $29.99 yet the app tells me I havent purchased it and denies when I try to use the packages that I SHOULD be able to use. Ive sent 3 emails and also requested a refund but I not been accommodated.

We really liked the exercises on this app. It was nice that we could choose what area of the body we wanted to exercise, then it would have multiple exercises that we could complete, with the number of reps and rest with each exercise. The organization of the app is a little bit confusing, as well as when you would enter how many reps you do.

This app was decent and had a variety of workouts you could choose from. The app also provided pictures and good explanation on how to do the workouts. You could choose what part of the body you wanted to work out. This app couldve had a timer with the workouts or couldve provided more stuff to do with the free version.

Love that they have the map of the body with all the information regarding that particular muscle. Also love the videos to how properly complete a proper workout!! Keep it up

Email reminders dont work properly and customer support is severely lacking.
