I found this app extremely useful for getting back to the gym and setting a routine for myself. One of the biggest struggles I had was knowing what exercises to do and setting a routine. I have a complete list of tons of exercises depending on what area I want to focus on, and it gets even better when some of those exercises I dont even need equipment. So if theres ever a day when Im not motivated to go to the gym, I can still work out at home! Being able to create your own workouts through the app is also a great feature. My only suggestion with the app itself is optimizing it for iPhone 6 Plus and 6S Plus. Also, it can get annoying when youre constantly being asked to upgrade to premium. Let the users decide that on their own and stop bringing it up so often. Its like spam email.
